About
I'm a passionate product professional, currently SVP of Product at Credo. My career has spanned the semiconductor and IoT industries, with a focus on bringing clarity to complex technology business models.
My passion is for product — how to identify white space by using deep user empathy. If done right, it provides sustainable competitive advantage even in fast moving markets as copycats chase your point solutions but miss the portfolio of solutions to the broader user problem.
Product Philosophy
Great products come from understanding users at a level that goes beyond surface requirements. In the semiconductor and IoT spaces, this means bridging the gap between deep technical capabilities and real-world business value.
Throughout my career, I've seen companies succeed or fail based on how clearly they identify their space in the market. This is especially true in IoT, where value propositions require materially different go-to-market strategies depending on whether you're targeting hard savings, soft savings, or revenue growth.
Writing & Insights
I write about IoT business models, product strategy, and the intersection of technology and market dynamics. My article series on IoT value propositions explores the three categories of IoT value — hard savings, soft savings, and revenue enhancement — and the distinct strategies each requires.
